We generally feel that software developers have the duty to support their customers. We therefore offer unlimited updates for the whole life-time period of our development products (i.e. the SDL Component Suite Standard Plus Edition, and the SDL Component Suite Professional Edition).

In order to benefit from the free update policy, you have to have access to the Internet. When purchasing our products you get a user ID and a password which enables you to access the registered users area of our webserver. Otherwise we charge Euro 25 for postage and handling (per update).

All updates can be obtained from our update server. Registered customers may obtain updates from our update server whenever they need one.
