The function MaxFactors returns the maximum number of meaningful and allowed factors. The property Factors should never exceed the value returned by MaxFactors.

The maximum number of factors depends on the size of the input matrix XMat. Thus, MaxFactors returns a correct value only after the input matrix is valid.
