The method LinkFragment connects the two structures self and CTabSource to a single one by creating single bonds between those atoms of both structures which have the same non-zero atomic flags in common. The figure below shows the linkage of acyclo-hexane and a piperidine via two single bonds.

Hint: If there is more than one atom per structure having the same atom flag, the atoms will be cross-linked.
