InitialT

Declaration: property InitialT: double;

The property InitialT controls the initial temperature of the annealing process. It may assume values between zero and one. If you assign values outside the valid range the InitialT parameter will be automatically restricted to corresponding closest limit.

By default, InitialT is set to 1.00.
