Format of the Vector File
The first line defines the index of the first and the last element. The following lines contain the elements of the specified vector area, one line per element. The vector elements may be stored in any format and must be separated by at least one blank. The following example shows vector matrix part which comprises the elements three to eight: 3 8 0.0000 1.1000 -0.8877 3.0993 -12.3915 10.883
