The constant array CountryData contains often needed data on the countries of the world.

Field Description
Name name of country. If more names are in use, the names are separated by semicolons
Fips10 two-letter country code used by the US federal bureau of standards
ISO3166_2 two-letter country codes in the ISO 3166-1 standard
ISO3166_3 three-letter country codes in the ISO 3166-1 standard
CLat latitude of the center of the country
CLong longitude of the center of the country
Capital name of the capital
CapLat latitude of the capital
CapLong longitude of the capital
CapAlt altitude in meters of the capital
