ColorSclBkLow

Declaration:property ColorSclBkLow: TColor;

The property ColorSclBkLow defines the color of the scale background below the lower threshold value as defined by ThresholdLow. Note that the colored scale background is only visible if ScaleBkVisible is set TRUE.
