Declaration: procedure ClearAllTextLabels;

The method ClearAllTextLabels deletes all text labels (i.e. the property Mode is set to tlOff).

Hint: Please note that after ClearAllTextLabels the associated text label memory structures are marked as unused. If you want to make all text labels invisible without freeing the memory structures, you should use the method HideAllTextLabels.
