CheckConnect

Declaration:function CheckConnect (At1,At2: integer): byte;

The function CheckConnect tests if atoms At1 and At2 are bonded to each other. The returned value reflects the type of the bond. If the two atoms have no direct connection to each other, the function returns a zero value (btNoBond ).
